- TOES LICKER2018/01/211 /5no matter how hard you ask for, they wouldn't ship for another time and will just ask you to drive one hour to pick it up, even though mine is a 70lbs huge package. I would totally have given a 0 star if there is this option. I promise I will not use fedex in my life
- Colin Farrell2017/12/161 /5Absolutely the worst customer service we have ever received. They have not responsibility whatsoever to even check to see if you are home. With Ground service they will come by and if you are not there, leave a note. Then they just come by again without notice. when you call they say well that is your problem, come and get it. You would think a company of that size would have better internal delivery policies and want to deliver better customer service - BUYER BEWARE
